Hyatt Place Tucson Airport

There are some issues they need to work on but nothing is a show stopper. Staying for over a week and I'm probably a bit more demanding than some others, but they've done a great job. Would definitely recommend a deluxe room for an extended stay. Would be nice to have a proper side table (hard surface) to place drinks on next to the couch.

Nice place for a few day stay. Well equipped rooms, bathroom was on the small side though. Air traffic wasn't to much of an issue but was noticeable

Very nice hotel. Clean spacious room. Comfortable bed. And nice staff. Breakfast was decent. Paper thin bacon, but it was hot and good. Nice variety of food choices for something to eat. Very clean. Would stay here again.

Very close to Tucson airport + my work. Staff were friendly and really helped us out when we had a disaster near our house. They let us check in early since they had the space, even to have breakfast. Water gets quite hot in the room (great! Just be careful), there is a seating area, kitchenette and desk area. No microwave but a small mini fridge and sink separate from the vanity with the kitchenette. Nice granite counters. Full or queen beds were reasonably comfy with 3 pillows each. They don't change sheets/towels unless you ask them to, which is fine by me. There was a safe under the kitchenette sink but it looks like water may have leaked on top of it. I did report that the latch above the door lock (don't remember what is called but usually there's a ball attached to the door where you pull the latch over it, so that the door can only be opened a little from the outside. The ball part on the door had been ripped off at some point. Also no ice holder, just the liner, which was odd. Breakfast was hot/continental. They had eggs all four days we were there, plus a rotation of pancakes, sausage, bacon and potatoes (3 items per day). Also had hard boiled eggs and yogurt, bread/toaster, muffins, bagels. No sugar free syrup or jellies (but the day they had pancakes I used apple butter instead, which is a lot less sugar than syrup, for those of us who have limits), fruits, cereal, several types of milk and apple and orange juice. Coffee was excellent. If they ran out and you told them, they immediately got more. No waffle maker but you didn't really need it. Room did seem clean and reasonably comfortable. I would definitely consider staying again. Outdoor pool but it was winter so we didn't try it.

This hotel was super close to the airport which was nice. And what was nice as I made the booking about an hour from check in and they were super accommodating and had a shuttle there to pick me up when I called. You could walk into the place and see that they had freshly remodeled staff there was incredibly friendly the rooms were very very nice and comfortable.

It was a nice room. It could have used a little updating in the bathroom space but overall a spacious room and good breakfast buffet

Everyone at the hotel is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and they offer free breakfast until 10AM. Valet parking is available for 180.00 pesos per night. Otherwise public parking close by is very expensive— prices are a little higher than in San Francisco, CA.

The rooms are clean and the staff is so nice! The breakfast is average, but most hotels are. The chorizo and papas was delicious! The rooms are spacious. I do think rooms need minor maintenance, but nothing some paint can't fix. Alejandra, the front desk manager and all her staff are so helpful and friendly. Never made us feel like a bother.
